Dr. Ed Chicoine, BPHE, DC graduated from Chiropractic College in 1983 and has been delivering chiropractic care in Wakefield and Maniwaki, Quebec for many years. He is the author of two books, one of which was a Canadian best-seller. Dr. Ed loves family adventures; in 1997, he and his wife Gaye and their six children, Tanya, Ben, Dayna, Karina, Jake and Whitney, aged three to twelve at that time, drove down to the bottom of South America from Ottawa, Canada, and came back three and a half years later. He helped introduce chiropractic to thousands of people in Peru, Chile and Brazil during the family adventure. In 2011 the whole family ran across Canada and the United States in relay fashion, completing 15,000 kilometres (9400 miles)in 7 months and setting a record, being the first family of this size to run across 2 countries. Their mission was to inspire as many people as possible to take responsibility for their wellbeing and help create a wellness revolution. Dr. Ed`s passion is to make sure his family and his patients maintain a higher level of health and to share strategies of improved performance and longevity with as many people as possible.
